Conveyancing Law
Conveyancing refers to the branch of law relating to property. Most commonly, the transfer of ownership from a seller to a buyer. With every sale of a property, a new Deed of Transfer has to be drafted and lodged at the relevant Deeds Office.
Sascha is admitted as a Notary Public ensuring that all clients receive the full spectrum of property-related services they need at one firm inhouse.
Company Secretarial Law
A company secretary is the administrative officer of the company and assists the board of directors in implementing their decisions, ensuring compliance with statute and regulations applicable to the company.
With Sascha being a qualified Company Secretary, the firm has the competitive edge in researching, understanding and implementing legislation. She is also an expert on the Companies Act 71 of 2008.
